Adult silicone products are legal in most major markets including US, EU, UK, Japan and Australia, subject to correct HS code declaration. We have successfully exported to 60+ countries. Consult a local import specialist for country-specific advice.

Do you provide documentation for customs compliance?+

Yes. Commercial invoice with correct HS codes, certificate of origin, and product compliance documents (CE, RoHS, REACH) as applicable. Under DDP terms we handle customs clearance at destination.

Can I request a copy of your ISO 9001 certificate?+

Yes. ISO 9001, SGS and TÜV certificates, RoHS statement and REACH SVHC declaration are available on request. Contact compliance@silkdollstudio.com.
