Can you make a product based on a sketch or drawing?+
Yes. Our R&D team regularly converts rough sketches, reference photographs and written descriptions into 3D models for approval before tooling begins. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the first prototype.
Do I own the mould once I pay the tooling fee?+
Yes. Once the tooling fee is settled, the production mould is your property. We store it at our facility at no additional charge and will only use it to produce orders for your account.
How many revision rounds are included?+
Our standard ODM contract includes 3 rounds of revisions before bulk production. Additional revisions beyond 3 can be accommodated for a nominal fee depending on the extent of changes required.
What file formats can your team work from?+
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, FBX, 3DM and PDF technical drawings. We can also work from photos, sketches or written specifications — our team will produce the initial 3D model in-house from your reference materials.
How long does the full ODM process take?+
From initial NDA signing to first prototype, allow 3–5 weeks depending on complexity. From approved prototype to bulk delivery, allow a further 4–6 weeks. Rush timelines available for established clients.
