QC Workflow

6-Checkpoint Quality Control Process

Quality control is embedded throughout production — not applied at the end. Every unit passes 6 checkpoints before leaving our facility.

Incoming Material

Raw batches tested: safety, hardness, purity. Non-conforming batches rejected before production entry.

Mix & Pour

Mixing ratios verified by weight. Vacuum degassing confirmed. First-pour test piece hardness tested before batch begins.

Post-Cure

Cured units inspected for voids, bubbles, incomplete fill. Defective units pulled before demoulding.

Finishing QC

Surface quality, skin-tone consistency and makeup accuracy checked against reference standards.

Final Inspection

Every unit photographed, measured, skeleton joints tested through full ROM. QC checklist completed.

Pre-Shipment

Packed units checked for correct labelling, barcode and docs. QC photo report attached to shipment.

Factory Certifications & Standards

Independent third-party certification for materials, products and quality systems. Documentation provided per shipment on request.

Defect Rate

Our rolling 12-month manufacturing defect rate is below 0.5% on full-body products and below 0.3% on compact body parts. Audited quarterly against returned shipments and partner reports.

Replacement Policy

Manufacturing defects — surface void, incomplete cure, skeleton failure, colour inconsistency — replaced at no charge within the warranty period. Photographic evidence required. Replacement shipped within 14 days.

Skeleton Warranty

18-month warranty on all skeleton joints. Covers mechanical failure, cracking and corrosion under normal use. Warranty card included with every skeleton-equipped unit.

Pre-Shipment QC Photos

Every unit photographed against a reference card before packaging. QC photo set emailed to client before shipment confirmation on all orders of 10+ units.

FAQ

Common Quality Questions

Can I request a factory audit?+

Yes. Factory audits are welcome by appointment. We accommodate Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, QIMA and direct client visits. Please contact us at least 10 business days in advance.

Do you provide batch test reports?+

Yes. SGS or TÜV batch test reports are available for all silicone products. We provide the most recent annual certificate as standard and can commission a batch-specific test for an additional fee.

What happens if I receive a defective unit?+

Contact your account manager with photographs within 30 days of receipt. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we dispatch a replacement within 14 business days at no charge.

Are your certifications valid for EU market import?+

Yes. Our SGS and TÜV certificates, RoHS statement and REACH SVHC declaration satisfy EU adult product import compliance requirements. Full compliance documentation package provided on request.
