What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?+
Our standard bulk MOQ is 5 units per SKU. We are flexible for new partners — please discuss your requirements. For products requiring custom tooling or specific configurations, minimum quantities may be higher.
Do you offer exclusive territory agreements?+
Yes, for qualified distribution partners with demonstrable sales capacity. Territory exclusivity is granted for a defined geographic area in exchange for a minimum annual purchase commitment. Contact us to discuss.
Can I mix different product lines in one order?+
Yes. You can mix silicone dolls, TPE dolls, body parts and accessories in a single order. Mixed orders are consolidated at our Dongguan facility before shipment.
How do you handle shipping and customs?+
We offer EXW, FOB and DDP terms. Under DDP we manage the entire shipping chain including export declaration, international freight, destination customs clearance and import duty. You pay one invoice.
What payment terms do you offer for established partners?+
New partners: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Established partners (3+ orders): net 15–30 payment terms available upon application. Wire transfer (T/T) is our standard payment method.
