Walk Through Our 8,000 m² Facility

Our Dongguan facility houses every production stage under one roof — from R&D through to despatch. Here is a zone-by-zone overview.

Zone A — R&D & Mould Design

CAD workstations, 3D printing for prototype mockups, mould library. Where all new designs originate. Client-owned moulds stored here in fireproof racking.

⚗️

Zone B — Material Lab

Incoming batch testing, hardness calibration, vacuum degassing. Every batch verified before production entry. SGS and TÜV test samples drawn from this zone.

Zone C — Casting Hall

Primary casting floor with 48 active mould stations and temperature-controlled curing chambers. Capacity 500+ full-body units per month.

Zone D — Finishing

Manual trim and finishing workbenches. Reference colour swatches at every station. Makeup application area with UV-cure sealant stations.

Zone E — Quality Control

Dedicated QC room with calibrated photography station, measurement tools and QC checklist system. Every unit passes through here.

Zone F — Packaging & Despatch

Packing and labelling area. FBA prep station. Shipping manifest generation. Temperature-controlled storage for TPE products.

Dongguan, Guangdong Province. 75 km from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport (SZX) and 90 km from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN). Airport transfer can be arranged at no charge.

Scheduling

Visits by appointment only. Contact us at least 10 business days in advance. Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00 CST. Duration is typically 2–3 hours for a full facility tour.

We recommend 3–5 star hotels in Dongguan city centre, approximately 20 minutes from the factory. Hotel transfer arranged at no charge for visit days.

How do I arrange a factory visit?+

Contact our sales team via the Contact page or email. State your company name, visit purpose and preferred date range. We respond within 24 hours to confirm availability.

Can I bring a third-party audit firm?+

Yes. We have hosted Bureau Veritas, QIMA, Intertek and independent consultants. Share the audit checklist in advance and we will prepare relevant documentation.

Is an NDA required before visiting?+

For general facility tours, no NDA is required. If you wish to view specific client product lines or proprietary mould designs, a mutual NDA is required for that portion of the visit.

Can I visit without a confirmed appointment?+

No — visits require a confirmed appointment. Our production floor operates on a schedule and unannounced visitors cannot be accommodated safely or productively.
