Material & QC (18 inspectors)

Incoming batch testing, 6-stage in-process QC, pre-shipment photography and certification management. Every unit passes through this team before dispatch.

Yes. We welcome video calls with our sales and technical team before commitment. For significant OEM projects, we facilitate introductions to our R&D leads for technical discussions.

Do you have English-speaking sales staff?+

Yes. Our primary B2B sales team operates in English. We also have German, Japanese, French and Spanish speakers. All contracts and correspondence can be handled in English.

Who manages my account after the first order?+

Each returning B2B partner is assigned a dedicated account manager for all subsequent orders. We do not rotate account managers without client request.
