Proprietary Dual-Layer Silicone Process
Developed our in-house dual-layer silicone moulding — firm inner core with ultra-soft outer skin. This became the basis of multiple product lines and remains a key differentiator today.

ISO 9001 : 2015 First Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification. SGS and TÜV annual certification programmes established. First dedicated adult silicone manufacturer in Dongguan to reach this standard.

Current 8,000 m² Facility
Moved to current single-site facility. Dedicated R&D wing added, standalone QC department built, casting capacity expanded to 500+ full-body units per month.

Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China — approximately 75 km from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport (SZX) and 90 km from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN). Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
Is SilkDoll Studio a trading company or the actual factory?+
We are the factory. We own and operate the 8,000 m² production facility in Dongguan. No trading company layer. You deal directly with the manufacturer.
