Your brand, your design on the retail box, product bag, insert card and unit surface. Full packaging design service available. MOQ 50 units per custom print run. Adds 10–14 days to lead time.

Common Shipping Questions

Can you ship directly to Amazon fulfilment centres?+

Yes. We offer full Amazon FBA prep and direct-to-FC shipping for all products. Provide your shipment plan; we handle FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, carton marking and freight booking.

What HS code do you use?+

We typically use HS 9019 (massage apparatus) or HS 3926 (articles of plastics) depending on product type and destination. We can discuss appropriate declaration with your import broker.

Can you ship plain with no brand visible?+

Yes. Plain packaging is our default. Commercial invoice and shipping labels use a neutral product description. We never use SilkDoll Studio branding on external carton markings.

Do you offer freight insurance?+

Yes. Cargo insurance is available on all shipments. Included under DDP terms. Available as an additional premium on EXW or FOB terms. Documentation provided on request.
