What is the cost of a sample?+

Sample pricing reflects actual production cost plus a handling fee. Costs vary by product — from approximately USD 80–150 for compact body part products to USD 400–800 for full-body silicone units. Contact us for a specific sample quote.

Is the sample cost refundable?+

Yes. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order of 5+ units on the same SKU. The credit is applied automatically when the bulk order invoice is raised.

Can I request a sample in a custom configuration?+

Yes. You can specify skin tone, hardness, body type, cup size and other configuration options when requesting a sample. Custom configuration samples may carry a small premium.

How long does a sample take?+

Standard catalogue products: 5–10 days. Custom configuration: 10–15 days. Custom ODM (new design): 3–5 weeks for first prototype. All lead times from payment confirmation.

Can I order samples of multiple products in one shipment?+

Yes. We regularly consolidate 3–8 sample units into a single express shipment. This is more efficient than separate shipments and significantly reduces your per-unit freight cost.
