Yes, without exception. We sign a mutual NDA before any brand guidelines, product concepts, designs or customer information are exchanged. This is non-negotiable for us — protecting your IP is our first commercial obligation.
What is the minimum order for private label?+
For branded packaging, the minimum per SKU is typically 50 units per packaging run. For product-level OEM customisation (custom skin tone, hardness, skeleton), MOQ is 1 piece. Contact us to discuss your specific project.
Can you reproduce a competitor's product under my brand?+
We can create products inspired by market categories and design references. We do not directly clone or reproduce another party's proprietary product. All designs must comply with applicable IP law.
Will you ever disclose my brand to other buyers?+
Never. Client confidentiality is absolute. We do not share client names, order volumes, product specifications or brand assets with any third party — ever.
Can I put my own packaging design on your standard products?+
Yes. Any product in our catalogue can be repackaged in your branded retail box. Our design team can also adapt your brand guidelines into a full packaging design for an additional design fee.
